Using a frame rate of 10 is fine for capturing my voice and how to do something on the computer. If you're capturing streaming video, you probably want a frame rate of 30. Capture has got to be the smallest Windows program I've seen, it takes no resources to have it running all the time and if it is it's available to use with a keystroke.
